Our Standards
We hold ourselves to international standards in both our products and operations. We take pride in having completed an independent Human Rights Impact Assessment. We believe accountability is part of the Job.
How We Put It Into Practice
Environment
Our plant is part of the community, not separate from it. We built our own water treatment system to ensure that nothing leaves our facility that we wouldn't safely return to the environment. Production waste is sorted, recycled, or repurposed whenever possible-not simply discarded.
Workforce
We operate 24/7, but we believe people come first. University students on our team receive flexible schedules to help them complete their degrees. Every employee is protected by anti-harassment policies, and our medical plan provides coverage and support during emergencies.
Community
We open our doors for school visits because students in Croix-des-Bouquets should have the opportunity to see world class manufacturing in their own community. We serve on a non-profit school board, provide ongoing support to local organizations, and supply products to groups serving those most in need.
Local Economy
Our impact extends beyond our facility. In addition to employing more than 135 people directly, we have helped create spin-off businesses and support workforce development through our partnership with iTech. We believe long term growth starts with investing in local talent and opportunity.
